What We Do
One on-site visit. A comprehensive neuro-performance snapshot.
Computerized Cognitive Testing
A computerized cognitive battery covering memory, reaction time, processing speed, and executive function, scored against normative data.
Force-Plate Balance Testing
Postural control and stability measured on a force plate, a sensitive early marker for neurological and vestibular issues.
Oculomotor Eye-Tracking
Eye-tracking assessment of oculomotor function, covering saccades, pursuits, and the fixations tactical work depends on.
Bedside Neuro Exam
A hands-on clinical exam covering cranial nerves, visual-oculomotor screening, reflexes, coordination, and balance testing.
Clinical History
Deployment, injury, and exposure history, including blast exposure, prior concussion, and sleep, read alongside the exam data, not apart from it.
Review of Findings
A sit-down walkthrough of the results with the operator: what they show, and the maintain / self-guided / refer path forward.
Where We Stand
No one is more invested in the operator's performance than the operator.
TacNeuro is a wellness and performance evaluation, not a diagnostic exam, and not a fitness-for-duty determination. Results never factor into employment decisions.
The goal is baseline data: a record of where an operator stands today, referral when a finding warrants one, and education on what can be done about it, whether self-directed or clinical.
What happens with the results is the operator's call. TacNeuro hands back agency, not a verdict.

Intro visit
One or two introductory exams for the department, at no cost, to see the process and the data firsthand before committing.
On-site scheduling
TacNeuro is fully mobile. The exam comes to your building, with no clinic visit and no time off shift beyond the appointment itself.
The exam
Roughly 90 minutes per operator, covering the full six-part battery and a review of findings before they leave the room.
Individual results
Findings go to the operator, full stop. What they do with them, and who else they share them with, is their decision.
Command visibility (optional)
A de-identified, aggregate report is available to command: a picture of the department's overall readiness, with no individual singled out.
Annual re-screen
Repeated screening builds a longitudinal record, so a department can track trends across its roster over time, not just a single snapshot.

Ezekiel “Zeke” Sperber, DC, MS
TacNeuro is run by Dr. Zeke Sperber, a chiropractor with a Master's in Clinical Neuroscience and twenty years as a Ranger, Special Forces, and Special Mission Unit operator in the U.S. Army. Twenty years in that world taught him what operators actually need from a screening exam, and he brings that to TacNeuro.
